1.If the Commissioner receives notification from the Department of Health and Human Services pursuant to NRS 439.5895 that an administrator is not in compliance with the requirements of subsection 4 of NRS 439.589 , the Commissioner may, after notice and the opportunity for a hearing in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, require corrective action or impose an administrative fine in the amount prescribed by NRS 683A.461 .

2.The Commissioner shall not suspend or revoke the certificate of registration of an administrator for failure to comply with the requirements of subsection 4 of NRS 439.589 .
