Nothing in NRS 682A.420 to 682A.428, inclusive, applies to tangible personal property lease arrangements between an insurer and its subsidiaries and affiliates in accordance with a cost-sharing arrangement or agreement permitted in accordance with the provisions of chapter 692C of NRS.
