Text
“Substantially similar securities” means securities that meet all criteria for “substantially similar” specified in the Accounting Practices and Procedures Manual adopted by the NAIC, as amended, and in an amount that constitutes good delivery form as determined from time to time by the Public Securities Administration, or its successor organization.
