To investigate violations of the provisions of this title, or to assist the Attorney General or other local, state or federal investigative and law enforcement agencies in investigating an act of insurance fraud, the Commissioner may: 1. Designate employees of the Division as investigators to carry out the provisions of NRS 679B.600 to 679B.700 , inclusive. 2. Conduct investigations into such activities occurring outside this state, if necessary. To conduct these investigations, the Commissioner or the investigators of the Commissioner may:

(a)Travel outside this state;
(b)Cooperate with appropriate agencies or persons outside this state; or
(c)Designate those agencies to conduct investigations for the Commissioner. 3. Assist officials of investigative or law enforcement agencies of any
