Text
1.The Commissioner may create a program for insurers to provide incentives to promote and encourage property owners to take measures to mitigate the risk of property loss or damage caused by wildfire.
2.If the Commissioner creates a program pursuant to subsection 1, the Commissioner must consult with the State Forester Firewarden in determining the mitigation measures that will be included in the program.
