Text

If a person to whom the Division or its designee has issued a registry identification card or letter of approval pursuant to paragraph (a) of subsection 1 of NRS 678C.230 is diagnosed by the person’s attending provider of health care as no longer having a chronic or debilitating medical condition, the person shall return his or her registry identification card or letter of approval and his or her designated primary caregiver, if any, shall return his or her registry identification card to the Division within 7 days after notification of the diagnosis.
