Text

It is the public policy of this State that contracts related to the operation of cannabis establishments under this title should be enforceable, and no contract entered into by the licensee or registrant as permitted pursuant to such a license or registration card, or by those who allow property to be used by a licensee or registrant as permitted pursuant to such a license or registration card, shall be deemed unenforceable on the basis that the actions or conduct permitted pursuant to the license or registration card are prohibited by federal law.
