Text

1. The Board may establish a program to ensure the integrity of all testing performed by a cannabis independent testing laboratory by subjecting each such laboratory to random laboratory assurance checks. 2. If the Board establishes a program pursuant to subsection 1, each cannabis independent testing laboratory shall participate in the program. 3. If the Board establishes a program pursuant to subsection 1, as part of the program, the Board shall:

(a)Collect samples of cannabis or cannabis products from cannabis establishments that have already been tested by cannabis independent testing laboratories in amounts deemed sufficient by the Board;
(b)Remove identifying characteristics from and randomize such samples; and
(c)Provide each cannabis independent testing laboratory with a sample
