Text

A licensee shall not make loans or accept deposits under this chapter:

1.Within any office, suite, room or place of business in which any other business is solicited or engaged in, except an insurance agency or notary public, or in association or conjunction with any other business unless authority to do so is given by the Commissioner.
2.Under any name or at any place other than that stated in the license. Ê This section does not prevent the making of loans by mail or prohibit accommodations to individual borrowers when necessitated by hours of employment, sickness or other emergency situations.
