Text
If the Commissioner approves an application for authority to form a corporation to engage in business under this chapter, he or she shall issue a certificate in duplicate authorizing the organization of the corporation and the operation of a thrift company, specifying the date on which and the conditions under which its place of business may be opened, including the place where it will be located. The Commissioner shall deliver one copy to the applicant and retain the other copy.
