1. An employee who engages in the business of lending in this State at a remote location shall not print or store physical records containing any data of the licensee at the remote location. 2. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 3, an employee who engages in the business of lending in this State at a remote location or the licensee who employs such an employee shall not represent in any manner to a borrower, potential borrower or any other person that the employee is working at a remote location, including, without limitation, by:
