The Commissioner may, as applicable, deny an application for a license issued pursuant to this chapter or suspend, revoke or refuse to renew a license issued pursuant to this chapter if the Commissioner finds that:

1.The applicant, licensee or a control person of the applicant or licensee has violated any provision of this chapter or any regulation adopted pursuant thereto;
2.With regard to a licensee or a control person of the licensee, any fact or condition exists which, if it had existed at the time of the original application for the license, would have resulted in a denial of the application; or
3.The licensee has failed to pay, within 30 days after receiving an itemized statement or other demand for payment from the Commissioner, any assessment, fee or cost required pursuant to th
