Text

1.A licensee shall not act as a student loan servicer or engage in student loan servicing under any other name or at any other place of business than that identified in the license.
2.The licensee must notify the Commissioner in advance of any change of location of a place of business of the licensee.
3.Only one place of business may be maintained under one license, but the Commissioner may issue more than one license to the same licensee upon the licensee’s application for a license for each place of business.
4.A license is not transferable or assignable.
