Text
A foreign bank which is licensed to establish and maintain a state branch, agency or representative office shall file with the Commissioner a notice, in such form and containing such information as the Commissioner may prescribe, no later than 14 calendar days after the foreign bank becomes aware of any acquisition of control of the foreign bank or merges with another foreign bank.
