Text

1. A person who desires to participate in the Program to test a financial product or service must submit a written application in accordance with this section, in the form prescribed by the Director. A separate application must be filed for each product or service proposed for testing. 2. The application must show that the applicant will at all times during the test:

(a)Be subject to the exercise of personal jurisdiction by the courts of this State; and
(b)Establish and maintain a physical or virtual location that is reasonably accessible to the Director, from which testing will occur and at which all records, documents and data required by this chapter will be maintained. 3. The application must include:
(a)A description of the product or service proposed for testing and an explanation
