Text

1. A natural person who has not been issued a certificate or whose certificate has been suspended or revoked shall not engage in the practice of court reporting. 2. A business entity that has not been issued a license or whose license has been suspended or revoked shall not conduct business as a court reporting firm. 3. In addition to any other penalty prescribed by law, if the Board determines that a natural person or business entity has committed any act described in this section or NRS 656.145 or 656.185 , the Board may:

(a)Issue and serve on the natural person or business entity an order to cease and desist until the natural person or business entity obtains from the Board the proper certificate or license or otherwise demonstrates that the natural person or business entity is no long
