Text

1. A licensee or certified court reporter shall notify the Chair or Executive Secretary of the Board in writing within 30 days after a change in name or address. 2. A licensee shall report any change of:

(a)Ownership or corporate officers of a court reporting firm; and
(b)The designated representative of the court reporting firm must be reported to the Chair or Executive Secretary within 30 days after the change. 3. The Board may suspend or revoke a license or certificate if the licensee or certified court reporter fails so to notify the Board.
