Text

The operation or maintenance of a laboratory in violation of this chapter is declared to be a public nuisance, and the Board may, in addition to other remedies, initiate an action to enjoin such violations or to enjoin the future operation of the laboratory until compliance with the provisions of this chapter is obtained.
