Text

If a licensee fails to renew his or her license within the time fixed by NRS 648.144, the license is automatically forfeited, but may be reinstated within 30 days after the date of the forfeiture upon his or her compliance with the regulations of the Board, his or her submission of an application and all information required to complete the application and payment of a reinstatement fee of $100. Reinstatement of a forfeited license does not prohibit the bringing of disciplinary proceedings for any act committed during the period of forfeiture.
