Text

1. A permit issued pursuant to NRS 645H.530 expires 1 year after the date of issuance, unless it is renewed. To renew the permit, the registrant must submit to the Division on or before the date of expiration:

(a)An application for renewal;
(b)A fee of $75; and
(c)All information required to complete the renewal. 2. In addition to the fee imposed by subsection 1, a registrant who submits to the Division an application for renewal of a permit pursuant to subsection 1 must pay to the Division a technology fee of $15.
