Text

1. Any person authorized to engage in activities as a residential mortgage loan originator on behalf of an installment loan lender licensed under chapter 675 of NRS shall obtain and maintain a license as a mortgage loan originator. 2. As used in this section:

(a)“Mortgage loan originator” has the meaning ascribed to in NRS 645B.0125 ; and
(b)“Residential mortgage loan originator” has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 645B.01325 .
