1. The Commissioner shall establish by regulation rates to be paid by all persons licensed by the Commissioner for supervision and examinations by the Commissioner or the Division. 2. In establishing a rate for examinations pursuant to subsection 1, the Commissioner shall consider:

(a)The complexity of the various examinations to which the rate applies;

(b)The skill required to conduct the examinations;

(c)The expenses associated with conducting the examination and preparing a report; and

(d)Any other factors the Commissioner deems relevant.
