Text

1.If an application for renewal of a registration as an appraisal management company is denied pursuant to NRS 645C.665 , the Division shall notify the registrant within 15 days after its decision.
2.If the registrant, within 30 days after receipt of the notice denying the application for renewal, files a written request containing allegations which, if true, qualify the registrant for renewal of a registration, the President of the Commission shall set the matter for a hearing to be conducted within 90 days after receipt of the registrant’s request.
3.The hearing must be held at a time and place prescribed by the Commission. At least 15 days before the date set for the hearing, the Division shall serve the registrant with written notice of the hearing and include with the notice an exa
