Text

The Division, upon the discovery of any error in the issuance of a certificate, license or registration card which is related to the qualifications or fitness of the holder thereof, may invalidate the certificate, license or registration card upon notice in writing to the holder. The holder shall surrender the certificate, license or registration card to the Division within 20 days after the notice is sent by the Division. A person whose certificate, license or registration card is invalidated pursuant to this section, and who has surrendered the certificate, license or registration card, may request a hearing on the matter as for the denial of an application pursuant to NRS 645C.370.
