Text

1. The Division shall not issue a certificate, license or permit pursuant to this chapter to an applicant who is a resident of another state unless the applicant has executed a written statement that appoints the Administrator as his or her agent for the service of process for any action or proceeding filed against him or her in this State. 2. The statement of appointment must include a provision which provides:

(a)That any process which is served on the Administrator shall be deemed to have the same legal validity as if it had been served on the applicant;
(b)That the appointment of the Administrator as the applicant’s agent for the service of process continues as long as any liability remains outstanding against the applicant in this State; and
(c)For venue in any judicial or administ
