Text

1. The Administrator shall issue a certificate or license, as appropriate, to any person:

(a)Of good moral character, honesty and integrity;
(b)Who meets the educational requirements and has the experience prescribed in NRS 645C.330 or any regulation adopted pursuant to that section;
(c)Who, except as otherwise provided in NRS 645C.360 , has satisfactorily passed a written examination approved by the Commission; and
(d)Who submits all information required to complete an application for a certificate or license. 2. The Administrator may deny an application for a certificate or license to any person who:
(a)Has been convicted of, or entered a plea of guilty, guilty but mentally ill or nolo contendere to, forgery, embezzlement, obtaining money under false pretenses, larceny, extortion, c
