Text
Unless the Division extends the time, it shall act upon an application for a certificate or license within 60 days after receiving the completed application. If in the opinion of the Administrator additional investigation of the applicant appears necessary, the Division may extend that period as long as necessary to complete the investigation before acting on the application.
