Text

1. An intern must:

(a)Obtain a registration card from the Division; and
(b)Be associated with and supervised by the appraiser named in the registration card. 2. An intern shall not assist in the preparation or communication of an appraisal without the written authorization of the appraiser named in the intern’s registration card. 3. The Division may deny an application for a registration card on any ground sufficient to deny an application for a certificate or license.
