Text

1. The Commission shall:

(a)Operate on the basis of a fiscal year beginning on July 1 and ending on June 30.
(b)At the first meeting of each fiscal year, elect a President, Vice President and Secretary to serve for the ensuing year.
(c)Hold at least two meetings each year, one in the southern part of the State and one in the northern part of the State, at times and places designated by the Commission. When there is sufficient business, additional meetings of the Commission may be held at the call of the President of the Commission. Written notice of the time, place and purpose of each meeting must be given to each member at least 3 working days before the meeting. 2. While engaged in the business of the Commission, each member of the Commission is entitled to receive:
