Text

1. Each member of the Commission must:

(a)Be a citizen of the United States or be lawfully entitled to remain and work in the United States;
(b)Have been a resident of the State of Nevada for not less than 5 years;
(c)Have been actively engaged in business as an appraiser within the State for a period of not less than 3 years immediately preceding the date of appointment; and
(d)After the terms of the initial members, be a certified or licensed appraiser. 2. Before entering upon the duties of his or her office, each member of the Commission shall take:
(a)The constitutional oath of office; and
(b)An oath that the member is legally qualified to serve as a member of the Commission.
