Text

It is unlawful for any foreign corporation, association or business trust to conduct any business as a mortgage company within this State, unless it:

1.Qualifies under chapter 80 of NRS; and
2.Complies with the provisions of this chapter or, if it claims an exemption from the provisions of this chapter, complies with the requirements for that exemption.
