Text

1. The Attorney General may bring any appropriate civil action against a person to enforce any provision of this chapter, a regulation adopted pursuant to this chapter or an order of the Commissioner, including, without limitation, an order of the Commissioner:

(a)Imposing an administrative fine; or
(b)Suspending, revoking or placing conditions upon a license. 2. If the Attorney General prevails in any civil action brought pursuant to this chapter, the court shall order the person against whom the civil action was brought to pay:
(a)Court costs; and
(b)Reasonable costs of the investigation and prosecution of the civil action. 3. Whether or not the Attorney General brings a civil action against a person pursuant to this chapter, the Attorney General may prosecute the person for a crimin
