Text

In addition to any other remedy or penalty, if a person violates the provisions of NRS 645A.015 or 645A.220, the respective parties to the escrow transaction may bring a civil action against the person for:

1.Actual and consequential damages;
2.Punitive damages, which are subject to the provisions of NRS 42.005 ;
3.Reasonable attorney’s fees and costs; and
4.Any other legal or equitable relief that the court deems appropriate.
