Text

1.Any licensee under the provisions of this chapter who shall be called into the military service of the United States shall, at his or her request, be relieved from compliance with the provisions of this chapter and placed on inactive status for the period of such military service and for a period of 6 months after discharge therefrom.
2.At any time within 6 months after termination of such service, providing the provisions of subsection 1 are complied with, the licensee may be reinstated, without examination, to active status in the appropriate classification which the licensee left upon entry into the military service, without having to meet any qualification or requirement other than the payment of the reinstatement fee, as provided in NRS 645.830 , and the licensee shall not be requ
