No school of cosmetology or student of cosmetology may advertise student work to the public for pay through any medium, including radio, unless the work advertised is:

1.Expressly designated as student’s work;
2.Performed within the school of cosmetology; and
3.Performed under the supervision of a licensed instructor of the school of cosmetology.
