1. Each natural person who engages in the practice of threading and each owner or operator of a kiosk or other stand-alone facility in which a natural person engages in the practice of threading shall register with the Board on a form prescribed by the Board. The registration must be accompanied by a fee of not more than $25 and must include:

(a)The name, address, electronic mail address and telephone number of the person, owner or operator; and

(b)Any other information relating to the practice of the person or the operation of the kiosk or other facility required by the Board. 2. The Board shall, during regular business hours, inspect each facility in this State in which threading is conducted. 3. 1. 6. A licensed cosmetologist or esthetician is not required to register with the Board pursuant to subsection 1 to engage in the practice of threading.
