Text

A person who is required to display a license issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall, upon the request of an authorized representative of the Board, provide to that representative identification in the form of a driver’s license, identification card or permanent resident card with a photograph that has been issued by a state, the District of Columbia or the United States or a tribal identification card issued by a tribal government which satisfies the requirements of subsection 3 of NRS 232.006.
