Text

Upon receipt of an application for a license, permit or certificate issued by the Board pursuant to this chapter or chapter 451 or 452 of NRS, the Board shall cause an investigation to be made as to the character of the applicant, and may require such showing as will reasonably prove the applicant’s good moral character.
