Text

1. An application for a permit to operate a funeral establishment must be in writing and be verified on a form provided by the Board. 2. Each applicant must:

(a)Be of good moral character; and
(b)Be at least 18 years of age. 3. The funeral establishment for which the applicant is requesting the permit must be constructed, equipped and maintained in the manner described in NRS 642.016 . 4. Each application must be accompanied by the application fee prescribed in NRS 642.0696 .
