Text
1. The Board or the Attorney General may maintain in any court of competent jurisdiction a suit for an injunction against any person practicing in violation of NRS 641D.910 or as a behavior analyst, assistant behavior analyst or registered behavior technician without the proper license or registration. 2. Such an injunction:
(a)May be issued without proof of actual damage sustained by any person, this provision being a preventive as well as a punitive measure.
(b)Does not relieve any person from criminal prosecution for practicing without a license or registration.
