Text

1. The Board shall make and keep:

(a)A record of all violations and prosecutions under the provisions of this chapter.
(b)A register of all licenses and registrations.
(c)A register of all holders of licenses and registrations. 2. Except as otherwise provided in this section, the records described in subsection 1 are subject to public inspection during normal working hours upon reasonable notice. 3. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 239.0115 , the Board may keep the personnel records of applicants confidential. 4.
