Money received from the licensure of behavior analysts and assistant behavior analysts and registration of registered behavior technicians, civil penalties collected pursuant to this chapter and any appropriation, gift, grant or donation received by the Board for purposes relating to the duties of the Board under the provisions of this chapter must be deposited by the Secretary-Treasurer of the Board in a bank, credit union, savings and loan association or savings bank in this State to be expended for payment of compensation and expenses of the members and employees of the Board and for any other necessary purpose in the administration of this chapter.
