Text

1. The Board may issue:

(a)A provisional license as a clinical alcohol and drug counselor to a person who has applied to the Board to take the examination for a license as a clinical alcohol and drug counselor and is otherwise eligible for that license pursuant to NRS 641C.330 ; or

(b)A provisional license or certificate as an alcohol and drug counselor to a person who has applied to the Board to take the examination for a license or certificate as an alcohol and drug counselor and is otherwise eligible for that license or certificate pursuant to NRS 641C.350 or 641C.390 . 2. A provisional license or certificate is valid for not more than 6 months and may not be renewed.
