The Board may enter into an interlocal agreement with an Indian tribe to provide to members of the tribe training in the practice of counseling persons with alcohol and other substance use disorders or the clinical practice of counseling persons with alcohol and other substance use disorders to assist those persons in obtaining licenses and certificates as alcohol and drug counselors and licenses as clinical alcohol and drug counselors.
