Text

The Executive Director of the Board or his or her designee shall prepare and maintain: 1. A separate list of the names and addresses of:

(a)The applicants for a license;
(b)The applicants for a certificate;
(c)The licensed counselors;
(d)The certified counselors; and
(e)The certified interns. 2. A record of each examination conducted by the Board. 3. An inventory of:
(a)The property of the Board; and
(b)The property of this State that is in the possession of the Board.
