Text

1. After the initial terms, the members of the Board must be appointed to terms of 4 years and may not serve more than two consecutive terms. 2. Upon the expiration of a term, the member continues to serve on the Board until a qualified person has been appointed as a successor. 3. The Governor may, after notice and hearing, remove any member of the Board for misconduct, incompetence, neglect of duty or any other sufficient cause. 4. The Board shall:

(a)Elect annually from its members a President, Vice President and Secretary-Treasurer. If the President, Vice President or Secretary-Treasurer is replaced by another person appointed by the Governor, the Board shall elect from its members a replacement for the President, Vice President or Secretary-Treasurer.
(b)Meet not less than twice a ye
