Text
As soon as practicable after the filing of a complaint, the Board shall fix a date for the hearing on the matter, which date must not be less than 30 days after the filing of the complaint. The Secretary-Treasurer shall immediately notify the licensee of the complaint and the date and place fixed for the hearing thereof. A copy of the complaint must be attached to the notice.
