The Secretary-Treasurer shall make and keep on behalf of the Board, the following:
1.A record of all meetings and proceedings.
2.A record of all examinations and applicants.
3.A register of all licenses and licensees.
4.An inventory of the property of the Board and of the State in the Board’s possession.
