Text

1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, a psychologist may practice only under the name that appears on the license to practice psychology issued to the psychologist by the Board. 2. A psychologist may associate with a firm, partnership or corporation which engages in or offers to engage in the practice of psychology if:

(a)The firm, partnership or corporation is registered with the Board; and
(b)The name and license of each psychologist associated with the firm, partnership or corporation is displayed conspicuously at the place where he or she practices psychology.
