1. The Board shall prepare and maintain a separate list of:

(a)Persons issued a license;

(b)Applicants for a license; and

(c)Persons whose licenses have been revoked or suspended by the Board. 2. The Board shall, upon request, disclose the information included in each list and may charge a fee for a copy of the list. The fee may not exceed the actual cost incurred by the Board to make a copy of the list.
